Сборник Трудов ГОИН`а №216 содержит, в основном, доклады, прочитанные на конференции «Современные проблемы моделирования и анализа процессов в морях и океанах в интересах гидрометеорологического обеспечения хозяйственной деятельности», состоявшейся в ГОИН`е 28–29 октября 2014 г. Тематика докладов соответствовала основным направлениям деятельности ГОИН`а и была направлена на решение основных проблем современной прикладной океанографии. В работах, включенных в сборник, рассматриваются методы и приемы анализа состояния термохалинных полей в океане, структура крупных вихрей и линз и их влияние на общую гидрологическую ситуацию отдельных акваторий. Приведены результаты модельных расчетов циркуляции вод в арктических морях и в Японском море. Большое место занимают работы, связанные с исследованиями морского ветрового волнения, в том числе исследуются механизмы образования и возможности прогнозирования экстремальных волн в океане, моделирования волнения в экстремальных штормах Черного моря, оценки климатических характеристик волнения Азовского моря, проведенные на основе натурных данных наблюдений и реанализа. В сборнике значительное место занимают статьи экологической и гидрохимической направленности. В частности, проведен подробный анализ содержания хлорорганических пестицидов в прибрежных водах Черного моря, исследована взаимосвязь между концентрациями тяжелых металлов и дисперсностью морского аэрозоля, приведены результаты исследования донных отложений в шельфовой зоне Южного Берега Крыма на содержание радиоактивных элементов. Несомненный интерес вызовут работы, имеющие прямую практическую направленность. В частности, результаты моделирования динамики вод прибрежной зоны Черного моря и возможные изменения в прибрежной зоне Азовского моря при повышении уровня. Результаты теоретических исследований включены в работы, связанные со структурой спектров и интерпретацией гидрофизических процессов, динамикой верхнего квазиоднородного слоя при штормовом ветре, логическими особенностями математических моделей в гидрометеорологии. Выпуск Трудов ГОИН`а №216 представляет интерес для специалистов в области океанографии, морской гидродинамики, гидрохимии и морской экологии, а также работников морской сети системы Росгидромета. The present issue of the SOI`s Proceedings N216 contains mostly reports read at the Conference "Modern problems of modelling and analysis of processes in the seas and oceans for hydrometeorological support economic activity" which took place in SOI on October 28–29, 2014. The subjects of the reports corresponded to basic directions of activity of SOI and was directed to the solution of the basic problems of the modern applied oceanography. In the works included in the issue methods and receptions of the analysis of a state the termokhaline fields at the ocean, structure of large whirlwinds and lenses and their influence on the general hydrological situation of certain water areas are considered. Results over of model calculations of circulation of waters are brought in Arctic seas and in the Japanese sea. A large place is occupied by the works related to researches of marine wind agitation, the mechanisms of formation and possibility of prognostication of extreme waves in an ocean, design of agitation are including investigated in the extreme gales of the Black sea, estimations of climatic descriptions are the agitations of Azov sea, conducted on the basis of model these supervisions and reanalysis. In collection a considerable place is occupied by the articles of ecological and hydrochemical orientation. In particular, the detailed analysis of the content organochlorine pesticides in the coastal waters of the Black Sea is carried out, the interrelation between the concentrations of heavy metals and marine aerosol dispersion, results of research of sediments in the shelf zone of the Southern Coast of the Crimea on the content of radioactive elements. Undoubted interest will cause work, with direct practical orientation. In particular, the results of modeling the dynamics of water in coastal areas of the Black Sea and the possible changes in the coastal zone of the Azov Sea at higher levels. Results of theoretical researches are put into the operation connected with structure of ranges and interpretation of hydrophysical processes, dynamics of the top quasihomogeneous layer at a gale, logical features of mathematical models in hydrometeorology. The issue of the SOI`s Proceedings №216 is of interest to specialists in the field of oceanography, marine hydrodynamics, hydrochemistry and marine ecology, as well as employees of the marine network system Roshydromet.
